One of the customer reviewed that the Hoover washer is worth for money and very reliable in performance. He does not have much on bad comments and has been using this unit for a long time. However he commented that only one thing spoilt after long use, the hinge of the door is broken as usual it is considered wear and tear effect. Luckily it was covered under Hoover’s warranty period, the spoilt part was replaced on one-to-one basis based on the part replacement policy without any charges.

Generally he viewed that Hoover washer is an excellent and reliable machine, it is very user-friendly in term of operating and robust in term of hardware. The washer used for several years, it is still durable and does not give much major problems. When the time comes, unless the unit is totally lost, then he will consider to buy another new model unit, definitely from Hoover as well.

Another lady customer commented that the 6kg wash load just nice for a family of 2. It is really saving water and time for every wash. The washer is very quiet in operation, automatic detect and scan the half load and preset for half load wash setting. It has another quick wash option for light and easy clothing like socks and towels.

She has just bought a Hoover washer dryer combo unit and feel pleased. she decided to buy a British made Hoover brand due to a rumour spreading that the Hotpoint washers has a lot of flaws. Although previously she used a Hotpoint washer dryer for the past 5 years. According to her, this hoover works much better from all aspects. The drum is massive and clothes will not crease after wash. Very quiet and exceptionally clean. Now her husband has no excuse not to operate it as it is very easy to operate all the washer functions.
